A mixed media canvas

Hi,
Sharing with you a mixed media canvas.

It was inspired by Art and Soul studio's December mood board.
I hope you'll take part in this month's challenge.
Join Soul sisters Facebook group for monthly challenges and cool prizes.

Art and Soul studio's December mood board:

Let's start our project:
I used a 6x6 inch canvas as my substrate. I applied a coat of white gesso to prime the canvas

Next, I applied modelling paste through a stencil and left it to dry.

Next I arranged and glued the chipboard diecuts, embellishments and flowers with 3d gel medium.
I applied a coat of White gesso to the canvas and the composition (except the flowers)
I colored it with Art Alchemy paints. I diluted them with Little bit of water.

Lastly I applied glitter and art stones.

That's it for now.

Thank you for visiting
Don't forget to take part in this month's challenge

Take care

Saadia Nawaz

Vintage tag with Aga

Hi all mixmedia fans!
Today I would like to present my first post as a new Art and Soul Studio DT member. To start with, I just want to tell you how happy I am to be here and to be able to inspire you.

What I made is a vintage style tag. I love all what is vintage! I used acrylic paints by Dylusions to make background. The paints are fantastic. I used a sponge roller to make smudges. I like this way since it is fast and gives nice effects. I couldn't resist Ranger stamps designed by Dina Wakley. I have been in love with for ages.
I hope you will like my inspiration. Have a nice day!

Have a nice day :)
